The notification says its because I don't have enough free space but stuff like the latest rocket league update or even small games I am no longer able to download. So far I've tried: * completely turning off the PS4 and turning it on * restarting it.

If your PS4 system software download is stuck, please delete the update and start again: Select Notifications from the PS4 console function area, highlight the update file and press the OPTIONS button > Delete. Another work around here: bltadwin.ru PS4 kept turning off and never turning back on during update process. This is how I fixed it. PS4. If there’s no internet connection problem at all but your console still won’t directly download updates from the internet, try doing an offline PS4 update. Delete notifications. ps4 wont use update on usb I replaced the motherboard/optical drive on my ps4 and now its asking for system update using a usb for version or later. I formatted my usb for FAT32 and downloaded the update from the bltadwin.ru website and put it in the file format PS4->UPDATE->bltadwin.ru
